Insulated manoeuvre hot stick is a non-conductive safety material that is used for manual turning on and off of disconnectors at facilities of
up to 36 kV. Thanks to the mechanism at its end, it is used for pulling and pushing separator blades.
Hot stick pipe can be manufactured with the length of 6 meters (in 3 parts, each of which is 2 meter long,
have a solid body, connected by means of an adaptor).
There is a stopper on the hot stick, which prevent movement of the hand forward. Hot sticks are made of synthetic and non-conductive material and they are
resistant to wet, damp and heat.
Insulated Manoeuvre Hot Sticks;
1. Fibre Body Single Piece Manoeuvre Hot Stick - IMVF 01:
Hot stick pipe is single piece. It is 2 meter tall. Hot stick is manufactured from synthetic material reinforced with artificial fibre with
glass fibre reinforcement. It is non-conductive. Pipe diameter is 40 mm. It runs at voltages up to
36 kV. In fibre body hot stick, hot stick pipe can be manufactured with the length of 6 meters (in 3 parts, each of which is 2 meter long,
have a solid body, connected by means of an adaptor).
02. Fibre Body Two Piece Telescopic Manoeuvre Hot Stick - IMVF 02:
Length of the hot stick is 2 meters (1+1) at open state and 1,10 meter when it is closed. Two pieces of hot stick are made of
synthetic material reinforced with artificial fibre with glass fibre reinforcement. They are interlocked telescopicly.
It runs at voltages up to 36 kV.
03. Plastic Body Single Piece Manoeuvre Hot Stick - IMVF 01:
Hot stick pipe is designed as a single piece. It is 2 meter tall. It is made of PVC. Pipe diameter is 40 mm. It
runs at voltages up to 36 kV.
